We know how important it is to have a reliable delivery service. That’s why we have different options to give you affordable, flexible deliveries.
Next day delivery – for express orders placed before 2pm*
Most orders are dispatched to you the same day you order, providing this is before 2pm. We use UPS for our shipping our priority express orders. They collect from us daily, and use their excellent network to ensure they make your delivery the next working day. Once UPS collect your parcel, they will email you tracking details, so you can follow the parcel’s progress to your door. UPS overnight service is available for just £5.49 per order.
For orders over 100 kilos we use Palletline 24hr. Please state when ordering if you have a forklift to help get the seed off the lorry; because we can arrange for a tail–lift and pump truck drop if you don’t. For all orders arriving on pallets its useful if there is someone at the address to receive the delivery.
If the goods haven’t arrived within 3 working days of ordering there’s a chance the parcel may be delayed. Please contact us so we can track it down immediately and if necessary resend.
Free Delivery – 3-5 working days
Stock
Our seed mixtures are always held in stock. As we mix everything to order, we hold tonnes of individual species at any one time in order to mix up your order. Fertiliser items are stocked too, but if there are any issues you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Returns
We are not able to take back any seed bags which have been opened (it’s an EU Seeds regulation), but would consider taking back seed that has been over–ordered and is still in an unopened bag within 28 days of the date of order. Lawn Care items may be returned too.

Note regarding international deliveries: We will ship to most countries where possible, however Lawn UK is not responsible for checking local regulations regarding exports to certain countries. If goods are refused at customs this is not the fault of Planting Ideas Ltd. Additional shipping charges may be incurred, and you should check these with us prior to placing your order.
